What does GN mean?

Gastronorm, shortened GN, is a standardization of measurements that enables the combination of pans, inserts, molds, lids, etc., in different sizes as needed. This flexibility allows for consistent use of various products in professional kitchens and simplifies the handling and efficiency in cooking, storage, and serving.
